Faith Leaders Call for Renewed Civic Unity Ahead of Election Year

A coalition of more than 200 faith leaders released a joint statement Monday calling for renewed civic unity and prayer for the country heading into the election year.

The statement, signed by pastors, priests, rabbis, and imams, urges Americans to "speak hard truths with charity" and to model respectful disagreement in their communities.
